EcoUsable
EcoUsable makes stainless steel water bottles to eliminate the need for single use plastic water bottles and thus reduce the amount of materials consumed and pollution created by bottled water drinkers. Their bottles last a life time, come in multiple shapes and sizes and they even have a self filtering bottle, great for use exploring the outdoors.
The EcoUsable project was an unusual one for Emissions Zero. We performed a comprehensive environmental assessment for EcoUsable’s manufacturing facilities in China. Together, EcoUsable and Emissions Zero worked together to find the facilities greatest environmental weaknesses and found a path for improvements. Currently, we are still working together to make more and more improvements overtime. Carbon foot-printing and life cycle assessments are in the pipeline for the months to come.
